GYROKINESIS® LEVEL 1 CLASSES: Elements of the 90 minute format are held on: Tuesdays, weekly from 10:00 – 11:30 am Fridays, weekly from 10:00 – 11:30 am. GYROKINESIS® Applications for Osteoporosis is held on Thursdays from 5:00 pm  -6:00 pm ET. CVB Class is held on Sundays from 3:00 pm - 4:15 pm ET.
