Clyde Rae is offering private movement sessions GYROKINESIS®, GYROTONIC®, and The Threshold: Somatic Journey at Lila Studios in Lebanon, N.Y., by appointment only. She is also available for private Zoom lessons.
Private sessions are on a sliding scale, from $65-$130 for a single session, Packages of 4 are $250-$500 and Packages or 10 are $600-$1200.

We meet every Thursday and Sunday at 5:00 pm ET and you can join us however works best for you. In-person classes are offered on a sliding scale of $10–$30 or barter, making them accessible to all. Can’t make it in person? Thursday and Sunday classes are also available online for a donation.

The GYROKINESIS® Apprentice Review is a mandatory 3-to-6-day course for apprentices looking to become fully certified Level 1 Trainers. It serves as a comprehensive checkpoint to review foundational materials, refine breath work, and prepare for the Final Certification Course.

The GYROTONER® Specialized Equipment Course allows certified Level 1 Trainers to apply specialized movement principles to the Gyrotoner. This continuing education program deepens a trainer’s anatomical understanding, refines tactile cueing, and expands the studio syllabus for clients. The Gyrotoner offers the widest range of movement options of any equipment in our studio.

I’ve been exploring and teaching movement for over six decades (!), and I’m still learning.
