Private Sessions: In-Person and Online Via Zoom

Clyde Rae is offering private movement sessions GYROKINESIS®, GYROTONIC®, and The Threshold: Somatic Journey at Lila Studios in Lebanon, N.Y., by appointment only. She is also available for private Zoom lessons.

Private sessions are on a sliding scale, from $65-$130 for a single session, Packages of 4 are $250-$500 and Packages or 10 are $600-$1200.

Note: These are drop in classes. You can take one class or the series.

IN-PERSON AND ONLINE CLASSES

Thursdays and Sundays, weekly from 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM ET

We meet every Thursday and Sunday at 5:00 pm ET and you can join us however works best for you. In-person classes are offered on a sliding scale of $10–$30 or barter, making them accessible to all. Can’t make it in person? Thursday classes are also available online for a donation.
